Good overall. It's a nice little place to sleep & rest. AC good, cable TV
Great location, nice rooms cute hotel.
Not the most comfortable bed. No hot water for showering, but that is normal for Cartagena. The water is lukewarm at best but tolerable.

Convenient and modestly priced
Staff was great. I arrived extremely early, three hours ahead of check in time and requested a two hour late check out. Staff accommodated my requests without pause. Free WiFi was great and walkable to many of the beaches and restaurants.

The beds mattresses were so old and worn out it was like slepping on the floor also the bathroom was awful

Unfriendly staff and no secure parking. Not recommended.
Don’t go here. One of the worst hotels on our trip.
The info on the site said the hotel had parking yet it was not secure and on the street. We were on motorcycles and all they Central America we were able to secure them at nighttime. Not in this hotel. I explained to the clerk that if he needed locked gates for his security at night the. So did we. We stayed one night and left, only because booking would pay him for the room either way and we would lose our money. We moved a short distance away on the same street and for $5 more we got: 1. Free gated secure parking off the street 2. Free breakfast 3. A swimming pool 4. Hot water
